Christine Inthachith directs international non-credit programs in the Division of Continuing Studies, including the precollege American Culture and English (ACE) program; the EducationUSA Academy; and UW Advance Programs, customizable programs for international students age 18 and older. Christine has extensive international experience, including consulting, teaching, and volunteer work in Southeast Asia and Central America.
Stephanie Milkey

Stephanie Milkey is the assistant director for international non-credit programs, including UW Advance, American Culture and English (ACE), and the EducationUSA Academy. She also provides support and assistance to the VISP credit team. Stephanie is an international higher education professional with experience in international service-learning programs, international student programming, admissions and recruitment, advising, and teaching English as a second language. She has worked both domestically and abroad in Costa Rica and Panama.

Jing Xu is the assistant director of the international noncredit programs in the Division of Continuing Studies. She is a bilingual international education professional with experience in K-12 and higher education settings. For over 8 years, Jing has produced, recruited, taught and overseen short-term educational programs, events, conferences and summits for 3000 students and professionals from over 20 countries in the world.
Daniel Wagner

Daniel Wagner (MA- TESOL) is the Assistant Director of Education and Outreach for UW Advance, EducationUSA, ACE and virtual programs. Dan develops curriculum for international programs, which includes content in English instruction, cultural immersion, and academic preparation. Previously, Dan worked as the director of the English Language Institute at Concordia University and as a senior ESL instructor for Valparaiso University in Dalian, China. Dan enjoys all outdoor activities, including camping, backpacking, biking, and running. He also enjoys learning and practicing Mandarin Chinese in his free time.
